About me

Hi there! I'm Hiep Nguyen—a proud mother of four awesome humans and three  amazing dogs! Following the loss of my father to terminal cancer and the end of an 8-year relationship, I found myself reflecting on my past failed marriage and three long-term relationships. I kept asking myself, “Why do I keep failing in relationships?”

This period of deep reflection brought up many questions about my life and marked the beginning of a profound spiritual healing journey for me. I’ve deepened my relationship with God and gained a profound understanding of The Universe. I have experienced significant personal growth and healing, transforming into a better version of myself. 

Most importantly, I come to realize that inner child work is crucial in the healing process. Through my own journey, I have become aware of the unhealed childhood traumas of those around me. Most people are not aware they have childhood trauma, and they continue to struggle in many areas of their lives: emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual. Through this experience, I discovered my purpose —to spread awareness of childhood trauma and guide others onto their healing journey. My ultimate goal is to help everyone experience healing.

I have decades of my own personal experiences with unhealed childhood trauma. With insights from transformation coaches, guidance from my spiritual therapist, countless hours of reading personal development books, and listening to self development podcasts, I immersed myself into healing my inner child. I have utilized what I've learned to grow and improve in many areas of my life. I’ve taken the time to condense the key insights so you can access the wisdom necessary to initiate your healing journey. I am excited to share with you the steps I’ve taken to become the best version of myself and transform my life.
